Hi Tracy,

The Dayton group that we talked about is probably your best bet. Good luck with your presentation.

Hi Tracey,

Thanks for volunteering with the children. Here is a web site that shows all of the beekeeping groups in your area. They will be a lot closer and convenient. http://www.tnbeekeepers.org/
Thanks, Ray

Jerry,

Here is a web site listing Illinois beekeepers . http://www.isba.us/ You should be able to find one near you. They will have a list of people who are able o help remove bees.

Please, please help me. I have a colony of honey bees building a hive in the corner of my house. I have a contractor coming to re-side in August. He says he'll just kill the hive. I know we're short on bees and don't want to kill them. How can I find a bee keeper in NW Illinois to remove them? Thanks in advance, Jerry

I am a novive beekeeper in Tennessee. I am volunteering at a summer camp for children being held in Yellow Springs. I have been asked to put together a talk about beekeeping and it's importance to the evironment. I was wondering if you know of anyone who has an observation hive to show to the children. The camp is being held July 23-July 30, 2010.

Thank you!
